Hi, The number 1 piston must be at top dead centre. This is when the crank timing mark shows T. Next line up the timing marks on the cams with the marks on the cam caps. The torque settings are 10nm for the cam caps and 37nm for the head.
What problems are you having with the timing marks? Do you just want the procedure for setting the timing?
