how often do you have to sync your carbs? every season or something

How often do you have to do carb sync.

it does it on first gear too i dont know its my fist time riding on a carbureted bike i have ridden before newer bikes that are fuel injected i mean could it do that bc its carbureted and it doesn't run well in low rpms bc it only does it in low rpms? ....as soon i brought it home i changed the oil ...

i think i need carb sync my bike has 8200 miles on it.

well i just got a 98' fzr600 and the guy who sold it to me he said that when you ride in low rpms it stumbles and i noticed that to, when im going through a 25mph zone and im just cruising at that speed in second or third gear it stumbles and the guy said that it needs carb adjustments or carb sync....

Some one who know how to adjust carb should do a HOW-TO on that, thanks...
