I have a spin off style one, but I read that those only come on 91+ so does that mean I have a 91 now?! first I was told this was a 89, i found out it was a later model. I just dont know the year yet. I guess the paperwork says 89......

That exhaust header you have is not the original one. It looks very much like the 'Ontario' headers I bought a set from this ebay seller http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/370649187161 I would say give them a wire brush and a lick of exhaust paint!
