Does not turn over at all. You can hear the ignition relay click and the pump prime but other then that nothing. Starter re...

mixture screw doing nothing?

Bike sat for a good bit. So i decided to adjust the carbs(mixture and sync) because it was running pretty rough. Did 1-3 just fine...goto 4 and no matter what direction i turn the screw it did nothing. temps around 150(so lean right??). My guess is carb rebuild should be my next step correct. I wasn...

Re: aftermarket tci

bad news: v&h got back to me and did not have the map anymore because it has been discontinued for years...they were rather suprised i even asked because no one has shown interest in years.lol good news: ignitech same day replied to my email(everything i read online said they were super duper slow a...

Re: aftermarket tci

More excellent information. I have a factory pro advance(not installed) and was gonna add timing across the boards because i figured it was safe, seems like everyone else agrees. But yes v&h would be my hero if they ever get back to me on their timing maps.

Re: aftermarket tci

This (URL) is part of a FZR600 factory manual, open the link then scroll down to page 15, the stock timing curves are there. The top graph is non Cali, bottom is Cali models. http://commline.com/FZR/600/MANUAL/FZR600%20Chap%202.pdf HTH. that is exactly what i needed! thank you so much I have nothin...

Re: aftermarket tci

ok soooo looking even more into it turns out i do not need a tps(though it would make everything work so much better and part throttle power would be amazing). It has features to run a rpm based timing map.....now my next biggest issue is i have no idea what the timing map would be. I can easily fin...

Re: fzr600 tci

Pump not comming on. i haven't checked for if spark is getting to the plugs you can just hear it(what i assume) constantly sending spark. something is shorting out(just by having it key on, no press of the starter) and making a clicking noise that you can feel from the outside of the box.

Re: fzr600 tci

i might be able to repair it myself but I'm not sure which would be less effort finding a new one or trying to repair this one(assuming it is in my realm of abilities). Pm me just a rough guess on how much it might be to fix this(not gonna hold you to any pricing i just wanna weigh out my options). ...

fzr600 tci

Fried mine. Its the little black box by the battery. I'm not sure if tci is the correct name but it's the thing that controls timing
