Solved my issues http://www.fzr250.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3940 do a valve clearance check buddy, you might find your valves are way out.

Hey mate mine pretty much was closed when I set the float heights haha but seems to be working alright.. I'll play around with my air/fuel rAtio when I get some more spare time and I will give you every spec I have and also hopefully make a sticky on all fzr250 websites so other people don't have to...

so today I checked the voltage, 12v when off and around 13.8-14v when on so all that seems to be fine. I took out the fuel filter and found out it was installed backwards.. oh shit I just realized I didn't clean it before I reversed it.. oh well :( The fuel pump is making a clicking sort of noise wh...

okay, so today I changed the oil, played around with the exup settings and also disassembled the exup.
