FZR-1000 rear wheel
I saw one from a 1990 and I have a 92-600. It was 17" and would that bolt up in the 6??? Better tire choices this way. 150's/17

Re: Trail Tech Vapor works like a charm
Does the newer vapor have an odometer that counts up and keeps memory?? Mine would reset when I would reset the trip. So I never knew how miles were on the bike.

Re: old guy bar swap
It can be close to the windscreen on tight turns. Everything else feels good when riding.

old guy bar swap
Read in another area that you can flip your bars from side to side. It does bring them up and a little back. I did nine taday and was easy to do. I then puton 150 miles. I liked the change. Good tip from another guy on here.

Re: Tip for us old guys
I love this idea and plan to flip mine in the morning. I had an SV and built my own moto bars using kids bike size bars. worked great!

Re: bike wraps
I would do that on my bike. I had it on a truck and it held up real good. Dodge trucks were known for the paint fading out.

Re: Brake swap
Thanks sweekster, I have a guy in town that parts out bikes. I also have been reading about the rear swap. I think this guy may have all the parts I need now that I know which bike to look for.

Brake swap
I see where people are talking about using the r-6 stuff. Can some one give me exact parts that work and what are bolt on? I want master, calipers and rotors for sure and maybe do a fork swap at the same time. Does the front wheel have to be changed if I only do brakes?? Rotors and calipers??
