It varies from state to state, but no title is a nightmare in many places. Washington takes an inspection from the state patrol and 3 years of registration in you name before getting a title. You can use a yzf600r swingarm with a little trimming on the arms pivot. You can fit a 180 tie on it, but a 170 fits better.

The wheel I have is a 17x5.5, it is being mounted in a rrsp swingarm. I believe its off a gsxr600, year unknown. I bought the wheel off craigslist for $175. It had to have a full cm taken out of the carrier and cush drive.

I went the simple way to adapt the 3tj arm. I chucked the fzr pivot bushing in a lathe and trimmed it down to be a press fit into the 3tj bushing.
