fzr 1000 genesis 88'

shims:

165, 170, 170, 173, 177, 175, 173, 173, 192, 187, 185, 190, 190, 182, 188.

Can anyone help ?

Aanyone have an idea why cylinder/carburator joints are milled (sanded) inside in my fzr ?

yes, the bearing was a good push fit.

about valve cover - im affraid that my hands are too big to remove valve cover without removing radiator - but i will try tommorow.

Hi !
There is everything OK, I've install new bearing today
Now I would like to take off valve cover ( I must replace that rubber gasket). Is it necessary to take off the radiator, and radiator hoses to do that? So far I've take off the carburators...

Hi! I would like to replace the alternator bearing in my fzr 1000 genesis (1988) and I've got a problem: there is an alternator drive shaft that I should to remove with bearing. So heare is my question: can I knock out the shaft with bearing at once? Or maybe before I must to remove starter idle gea...
