hi there thanks for the help people but ive managed to repair the headers i had with a bit a WD40 the exup valve came free so had that serviced and it works a treat now i also had to replace the cables for the exup system and made some from a link on here which saved me an arm n a leg, well the bike...

hi there ive recently had my EXUP valve seize up on me and whilst removing the header i also noticed the the cables are frayed and in bad need of replacing im just wandering if there is a special name for the cables so i can buy the correct one and ive also been told that the R1 cables fit and are c...

well ive found that my EXUP valve is seized, so im just in the process of replacing the header if this cures the problem ill let ya all know

right then after doing a bit of research i found that i need headers with the exup valves in n there hard to find in good condition
