I have a 90 600 that was a track bike before i got it. I have now put it back to street specs. Race suspension, race eng., Battle Ax tires with 80% tread left. Vance & Hines exhaust. Everything works. Complete rewire. I'm in the Greenville S.C. area. Asking $1900.00.

Let me chime in here...I had the same prob for the past few weeks. After taking the coils out I found that the spark plug wire ends needed trimming back a bit. Can I add something here?...in the past when I have tried to use a drill I found you need to run the drill backwards to get the speedo to work, may want to try this.

I know the spark plugs that are called for on these bikes are resister type, the plug boot is also a resister type, my question: is there supposed to be this much resistance in the system? Seems to be a bit of over kill. trying to trace down weak sparks. I have trimmed back the wires to get to fresh...
