Can someone help me out with detailed instructions including pictures of the steps to take the push rod out without destroying anything and be ridiculously over the top annoyingly explicit about how to do it? I really dont want to mess up the clutch and everything else included in there. Thanks so m...

Re: Tires

i mainly will be driving this to work on a freeway in AZ. The summer heat can really tear a tire up. I drive to work about 15-20 minutes away. I am beginner rider so safety would be of the utmost importance.

Re: Speedometer

I figured it out. There is no inner cable to begin with. Where do I buy that cable, how long should it be? Are there any good places to get what appears to be three or four feet of steel cable?

Thanks as always for the help!

Re: Clutch issue...i think

ok so i can pop it into second gear from neutral. I think my clutch or gears are gone. the bike will move about an inch forward when i put it into gear and that is it. i think i can rule out kickstand and neutral switch.

The speedometer and odometer both do not work. The other gauges work though. I have the cable connected to the wheel. Does anyone know how I diagnose this one?

Clutch issue...i think

My clutch case was really loose on all the bolts so i tightened them up. Now, when I put it into gear the bike dies. When I initially did this the bike ever so slightly would move an inch forward starting in any gear. I know second gear is on its way out because it has the weird whining sound. If so...

Re: Another non starter

ISSUE RESOLVED: It was in fact the battery. I was able to jump it from my car successfully several times, however I will need a new battery because mine just wont hold a good enough charge. I jumped it by leaving the car off turning on the radio and the headlights so it would draw some amperage off ...
