How was the condition of the mating face of the discs to the wheel? All torqued up good and even. You have checked the disc buttons to make sure none are tight? As above states, its a wasted spark ignition, where 2 ignition coils feed 4 cylinders and you get a spark twice every 4 strokes ie. just after TDC is passed in the compression and exhast parts of the cycle (the wasted spark being the one that happens between exhaust and induction obviously).
