The early models of the FZR had steel frames. If the rust is just surface rust you should be fine, if you clean it up and paint the frame again

That headlight looks like one off the Yamaha MT-03. Great looking light unit. I'd say go for it :thumbsup:

Get an old file, remove the handle and with the tang ( the pointed bit bit that the handle slides onto) GENTLY hammer that down the plug hole till the corners of the tang start to cut into the thread of the spark plug, this should then have enough grip on it for you to be able to twist the file to r...

My lights are complete opposite i rarely use my high beams, they're plenty bright enough. You could looking at the headlight really kits, i cant remember where i got mine from but it improved the lights on my old divvy. Ill have a look around see if i can find the company again... Thats a very basic description about the kits but i believe the middle one would be your best bet, you'd have to order two though...

You can buy kits to upgrade to HID, not sure on price but have heard good things about a few of them.

I ordered one early last week and haven't received anything or even a confirmation that they got my order. My bike is just sitting here so I'm thinking about just cutting off the OEM connector and doing the 5-pin mod. Anyone have any experience with these guys? I tried emailing them and haven't got...
