hm did you try bench syncing the carbs before putting them back on? How far apart did you take the carbs when cleaning them? Did you make sure the pilot jets were nice and clean .The bike was idling fine at 11mm float height, just would start leaking fuel out carb overflow after about 10 mins idlin...
