thanks to everyone who gave me great advise on my fzr but it finally came to a ring job..... lets see how much this runs me .

does any one have a running engine for my 1994 fzr 600????

my 1994 fzr 600 is burning about a 1/4 qt of oil in about 150 miles..... i called a local wrench and he said that he has some chemical treatments and recommends a carb sync and that should resolve the problem. has anyone ever seen that when the carbs are out of sync that the engine would burn oil??...

well turns out i had two problems, now that the oil settled in it no longer bogs out at 6500 rpm..... not sure what the royal purple did but it runs alot better with standard oil. also turns out my voltage regulator was bad too. now the bike runs like new. thanks again for all the advise now i hope ...

hi all, thanks for all the advise. i gave up and took my bike to a local shop. they told me it MIGHT be the carbs, but they want me to remove the k and n pods and replace the original airbox. i was wondering if anyone that has the pods encountered the same problems i am having.
