Re: Passenger Seat Removal
turn the key -- grab the seat strap (if it still has one) and sake rattle n roll (push down and lift) -- if the key turns it should finally lift off.

Re: I think i got the shaft
MO allows you do buy a "donor" vehicle and peice the two together to make one road-worthy vehicle. If the DMV can't use the VIN to give a title (I understand the legal issues on their side, but they can when it was last registered and work from that end), make sure you have a Bill of Sale as stated ...

Re: FZR White Gauges - Interested? Need help.
just got my own vinyl cutter last week.
I'm gonna play around with getting some fresh clear acrylic, painting it white from behind, and attaching vinyl letters to the top (or cuts on top of white vinyl for the front) and light everything from behind with white LEDs.
Any word from your guy yet?

Re: 660 not liking the choke
My 91 seemed to do what yours is doing. It all ran fine when I picked up the bike, then I ran cleaner through a fuel tank a month later. That's when the problems all started. Sputtery when it was cold (choke helped but it was hit & miss). Once it got warmed up, it ran fine (but a miss here or there)...

My FZRs
White one is mine (91 FZR rebuilt from ground up) Black one is my son's (94 FZR needs fork seals and carbs redone - but he is leaving for the military soon, so we are waiting and just enjoying the days I don't have college to ride).

Re: FZR White Gauges - Interested? Need help.
Quick note when putting the needles back on, the temp gauge needs the power ON to properly align to neutral. (after putting mine back together, I put them on with power off and the Temp gauge flips up well past where is it suppose to be at Cold. (Just a note to all here who are wanting to get the se...
