Plans have all changed and the bike is staying , so it's getting stripped down and cleaned up all over. ah , so i fix a stud in the hole that was threaded , then just screw a nut down . Which would be nice but it might get in the way when doing valve clearances.

I was going for 7mm - 1.00 (11mm Hex) 30mm , as this is the closest I could find.

not sure if these vids are real helpful.. but busy with other things for the next few days.

the needle is on the lowest setting (highest clip point ) so today I'll drop it two and see how it goes , I think I have 3 more carb remove/refit's in me , only because the airbox doesn't fit as it should and takes ages to get it proper air tight .

my feeling is the 30 was to much . I'm getting annoyed now as well cause it's perfection here is east Aus. for riding , perfect day.
