Hi m8 not 100% sure on what a 4tv is I'm presuming its a late yzf thunder cat barrel your using Hence the difference in head gasket coolant differences. quick update the 660 motor is all built up new gaskets,seal,rod bolts,piston pins valves relapped etc.The frame swing arm and wheels are back from powdercoating just waiting on chassis bearings and she will be back on her feet again pics to follow

hows this engine doing reelrazor im in the process of putting together a similar motor myself you using the fzr head and carbs sure i read somewhere you had ?

well i cleaned my spehrical bearing pressed in the outer case a small amount to get rid of the sloppiness regreased refitted the seals job done 180 squid my arse lol as for my chain adjusters think im gonna have to make some tomorrow 51t rear sprocket aint gonna be to kind on the originals :thumbsu...
