No, I havent checked the relays. IIRC one was for the HL so I didnt think anything of it..I will check them when I get back out to the bike today

yes, when I try to push start it the headlight glows but I can never get the bike to fire so it doesn't come on fully. I know you said you checked all the fuses. But double checking. The 2 next to the vr and then (assuming 91-95 are the same) like 4 next to the tdi? It's 50/50 if the bike will start with out vr. It's bad for the tdi if you didn't fry it already. Also check to see if you arced the harness to the fra...

it doesn't do anything. it doesn't click when I turn the key or press the starter, no lights, its like the key isn't even on. I was leaning towards it being the ignition switch for that reason but haven't thrown the computer out of it yet, what about the VR? what would that effect if it went bad?
