Looking to obtain a set of smoothbore carbs to replace the standard stock carbs I have on my 1989 FZR 600 3HE Race bike. Any one have any for sale or know where I can get a set.

Its definatly a 600cc Yamaha engine fitted in there. Must be the 4JH engine SouthendChris was talking about.

I have a 1989 FZR400RR 3TJ-1, was wondering if the FZR600 3TJ engine would go into the 400 frame OK. They look similar.

Thats right sweekster, has to be pre 89 forks, i can only change the calipers to better brakes. There seems to be plenty of 92 four calipiers on E-Bay but i need to know that they fit.

Do you have a rear seat cowl ?
