Had a guy in wisconsin rebuild my shock. It was called Ingram Motorsports, but really it was just a guy who worked out of his garage. Took him a bit to rebuild it, and you'd have to ship it to him, but i think he did a rebuild and a beefy new line for $80.

It gives you a little but more flow, and you could probably benefit from a stage 2, but honestly, I think you'd see the power difference w/o rejetting.

the exhaust side needed a hole drilled and tapped into the swingarm.

is it the airtech rear hugger? do you have pics? I actually had to make a small 1 inch bracket on the rear leftmost mount to prevent tire rubbing. edit: by bracket I basically mean i took a 1/2" wide, 1.5" long piece of aluminum, drilled two holes on it, and extended the existing mount. Not sure about the 1000, but for the 600, I've heard the best route is aftermarket clutch plates with stock springs.
