I still have the bike... but have been diagnosed with cancer and I'm taking chemo and it makes me too weak to work on my bike... it's been in the garage untouched for months

I'm hoping thats all I fried....

well according to the voltage meter the system isn't charging :( so I'm thinking I need a VR... it was working before all my welding on my subframe so I must have fried it with the welder :( I had it unplugged for the work but I had 2 little welds to do after it was all assembled and I didn't think ...

how do you test the charging system to see if it's working?

thanks guys... oh yea since the VR is now inside the tail I added a 12v cooling fan to it should keep it cool in any temp.

I'm looking to swap out my rear suspension next so I can run a 180 tire on a 17 inch rim... has anyone got the swap out sorted down to easiest way to do it?

has anyone discovered a brand of spray paint that closely matches the silver color on our frames as stock? I don't want to repaint the entire frame til the winter tear down but I've done some subframe work and it needs paint til then.

I finally got it to a point that I thought pics were in order...
