Re: FS: 1991 fzr600 rebuilt
My mounting was poor and it rattle constantly. So instead of waiting for the day for it to cause something bad to happen I took it off.

FS: 1991 fzr600 rebuilt
FS: Fully rebuilt 91 fzr600. It doesn’t get much use out here at NIU as it used to so I need it gone. I rebuilt this bike 2 winters ago after receiving the bike in less than optimal condition. I took the bike down to the frame and had it powder coated (frame, swingarm, wheels, and triple clamp). I a...

Fuel dumping out of carb overflows?
Alright so I got past my clutch plate chatter by adding lock-tight and retightening the spring bolts. So I thought it was time to ride but as soon as I put it to run and the fuel pump started to kick on fuel dumped out of the carb overflows. This happened once before and I replaced all the lines and...

Chattering clutch plates?
Just figured Id post up here to see your opinions before I take the bike apart again for the 30th time this season. Usually I have my ipod on while riding but the other day I took the bike around the block without head phones and noticed a weird chattering. It wasnt til I pulled over and inspected t...

Re: Partial throttle issues
Well hopefully I can get a chance to look at it today after work but the diaphram in carb 2 looked fine. The carbs looked to be pretty good actually since this is the second time ive had them apart to clean them. I will try and get a picture up of the spark plug today or tomorrow. That might be a li...

Partial throttle issues
Ok, so my bike has run rough ever since I've had it so I finally bit the bullet and bought some emulsion tubes. I put them in along with cleaning the carbs and syncing them. I was also going to tune them by header temp and for the most part I did. Cylinders 1,3,4 were tuned to around 350-375 however...

Re: Anyone have experiences with factory pro?
Ive been emailing back and forth with marc and it seems that its all worked out except for waiting for the product. It definatly is pricey. I would imagine machining the emulsion tubes is expensive but $96 dollars worth + materials? I think they have the monopoly on them anyways though. As for the w...

Anyone have experiences with factory pro?
So, its riding season around here, if it ever stops raining, and long story short I need emulsions tubes bad. So I broke down after searching craigslist and ebay for some out of a good set of carbs and went for the shiny new factory pro set. I placed my order 3/27 and recieved a recipt of my order a...
