im trying to find out a place that sells all new plastic and fairing for my bike and help would be appreciated

i went to change the oil did it and i tried to fix the choke because it has never work. all i did what stretch out the cord and put it back in place in the choke now the bike only starts with the throttle fully open and doesn't rev at all. if you let go of the throttle it stalls. the bike is a 1992 ...
