Hi! A newbie question, the filter oil is inside this box? I tried to remove the screw without exit! Now is "round"... I can't extract it with a dynamometric, some idea how can remove it?

Hi people! how are you. I am changing the oil from the front fork of a yamaha fzr 90' (3he). I changed the oil for the mililiters that told me my mechanic but I think that the fork is even too weak. Do you know the exact mililiters that have to be in the front forks of that bike? thanks a lot and so...
