Yes on my 92 1000 I have a 130 profile on the front and a 180/55 on the rear. I like the meatier look, however the bike is a bit reluctant to turn, especially on tight transitions.. very stable @ speed in level flight though

My favourite way of removing bugs is to use a solution of dish soap and water. It should soak a bit and then the bugs come off super easy.. spritz rinse with a preasure washer or whatever

I have ridden 1000 k road trip a week or so ago and tried tapping it cool for one stint ( 100/110k) and rode another stint aggresively. I got the same 33 m.p.g. Put 300 k on my 92 FZR EXUP this morning. Topped off tank zeroed trip meter and refilled after 200 k. kilos travelled devided by litres consumed multiplied by 2.84 gave me 33/34 mpg. :banjoman In any Jap bike, with a wet clutch use only oils with a JASO MA cert. as theat indications means they are compatable with the friction plates in your clutch.
