would the speedo drive from a fzr 600 work on the front end of a 400? is the cable and speedometer the same from a 600 aswell?

the tire is a 180/55, brembo caliper in the rear, trying to figure out everything thats been done to it

brakes are aftermarket front and back

i went and took a look at it and it appears i dont have the speedo drive anymore, just a flat spacer. are the fzr 400 and fzr 600 speedo drive / speedo cable/ speedometer all interchangeable between eachother?

i have an 88 fzr 400 with a 95 yzf 600 motor swapped in. now it has one of those digital wireless bike speedos on i now but it doesnt work, i see the reciever tied to the fork but i dont see that magnet which is supposed to be on the wheel somewhere now i want to put the regular speedo back in, the ...

damn, guess ill have to keep a close eye on the temp guage if i ever get the bike on the road

i have the same setup (fzr400 with yzf 600 motor) that i just bought recently but it still has the stock 400 rad and no fan. how quickyl do you think this would overheat under normal driving conditions? or is it not really an issue exceptfor long rides?

alright so ive been having trouble recently starting the bike unless its been boosted all the time. after it runs it will start a handful of times and then will be dead again. just trying to figure out if its the voltage regulator or not, i got 2 readings: 1500rpm - 13.2V 5000rpm - 12.9V sound about...

yeah that could be possible too. i checked the starter switch and its letting 12 volts through when i press it so im pretty sure the switch is fine. i checke the killswitch and if its on or off it never lets any voltage through, should it be letting the 12v through if its on RUN??
