Re: FZR600R handling (steering)
wow YG got round to calculating the spring rates and i should be using arround 0.90kg/mm springs and the ones currently fitted are 0.46kg/mm thats massive!! nearly half as stiff as they should be, i am seriously shocked although now i have been riding the bike for a year i def think the front end is...
Re: levers
nope manual, just have to check for one that does then, once you have the bar diameter then you should be able to fit any modern ones the same size
Re: levers
not sure of the bar dia you have but i had same problem with FZR600R so i got the lever mounts/master cyl from an 02 R6 and swapped the levers for shorties which are plentiful for the R6 and it all works a treat

Basically the carbs and linkages are gummed up and need stripping down, cleaning and relubricating nothing serious just a bit of a 'take your time' job

Re: FZR600R tickover/ over rev when hot
Hi John no I haven't fixed it yet but I have found out what it is and I have got to remove the carbs and strip them down to fix it so it's a job for end of season as it's only over revving for a second or so and only 400ish rpm high it will be fine til oct.

Have you tried swapping the bulb out could be on it's way out won't do any harm refreshing the bulb connections by putting a new one in either
