where is the relay located and if i replaced the main fuse with a higher fuse will that make a diffeence what is the stock fuse that is souppose to be in there

ok so i have came up with the assumption that its a bad starter because the wires are really hot around there and i think thats its 2 high of a load but would that be the reason for the bike to shoot sparks when im trying to put in a new fuse

alright i give up eletrical problems really piss me off anyone in the boston mass area that wants to fix the short and ill pay them for the fix i wanna get riding soon pm me or something
