Thanks Apsolus. I figured it out. I was tightening the push rod in all the way and turning it back 1/4 turn. I didn't realize that I wasn't supposed to turn it without any force. It even got rid of the slight clutch slip I used to have.

Looks like it's fixed. I drove it around this weekend and these past couple days and the light doesn't turn off anymore.

What's weird is that the HID's were working fine for a full couple of weeks until this suddenly started happening. One kit went out and the other is new. I honestly think it's in need of a capacitor. I have mine wired up to run with the high-beam light only, so it doesn't pull power from the battery...

The stock wire harness was never designed to use as much power (voltage) as an HID requires. Basically, the wire size is wrong. Also, the stock light switch isn't the best for this.
