Re: First engine bogging, now no electrical... ICU?
I would check the ECU and the connections around it. My ECU burnt itself out and I was loosing power as it was not charging the battery. Would also have an impact on your coils and ignition like it sounds like yours is having.

Re: FZR600r rear suspension issue
All together it has cost me about £150 for everything including new dog bones rear shock and bracket. I read about the kits on here but as they are mostly in America and me living in england shipping brings the costs to about the same :/ Will post some pics of the final assembly when i get back to m...

Re: new to fzr600 and looking for help and advice pls
Hi danny, The FZR600 engines are known to be loud when changing gear. I still find from 1st to 2nd a clunky action but its just the almost bomb proof gearbox they put on the bikes. As for low down, they are high reving bikes so it will struggle a little at low end, if you have checked everything the...

Re: FZR600r rear suspension issue
Cheers crowe, ive ordered some now so should be coming soon. I finally got my extender bracket for the R6 shock (cost me almost as much as the shock!) but now its all on looks great. However, the damn back of the damper rubs on the rear mud guard! Im just hoping it is because the previous owner had ...

Re: FS:- breaking fzr600
Hi there,
Was wondering if you had the rear shock and dog bones? if so could i have the measuments from the center of the holes on the dog bones and the the distance from hole to hole on the shock only i would be fitting it onto a 600r 4JH and was wondering if it would fit.
Thanks
Chris

FZR600r rear suspension issue
Hi all, Ive recently noticed my rear shock was leaking its juices all over my belly panel and so presumed it was new rear damper time. It currently has a standard rear shock (not thundercat shock) and i know a lot of people upgrade to the R6 shock. However, when I dismantled the rear linkages i noti...

Re: WANTED (UK): Fzr600r 4jh/ Thundercat downpipes
Hi Dom,
thanks for letting me know, in that case, does anyone know if the down pipes are same on the foxeye and the thundercat?
They seem to be a common thing to rust away so getting hold of a second hand one is almost impossible!

WANTED (UK): Fzr600r 4jh/ Thundercat downpipes
Im looking for a set of downpipes for my fzr600r 1994. Its the 4jh which i believe is the same as the thundercat so either would be fine, I live in birmingham UK so preferable in picking up distance
Thanks
Chris
