Re: Found 750
This bike was a race bike
Thanks for the info guys.
So i guess that only 750 bikes ever made parts are hard to come by.
Or are most part from the 1000 interchangeable?
Wondering if its worth trying to pick up.
IF there are a few here looking for part i may grab it to part out.

Re: key won't turn when it rains?
Not really odd when you think about how many times you use your ignition key compared to tank.
Also it could be more the water running down your key straight into the barrel, as you dont ride around with the key hanging out your tank.

Re: HELP! Mid-Repair Parts Crisis - Fork Seals
IF your tubes are 38mm then you want the 38x50x8 seals
Seals are marked by what size tube they fit, if the seals you pulled out are marked 36mm then i would say some1 b4 u put the wrong ones in.
38x50x8 seal will fit a tube of 38mm housed in a 50mm bore 8mm deep.

Re: Fork Spring Preload Adjusters
Thanks yam. I would not be selling them but more of the ease of making them myself compared to dollar exchange and shipping. If i did make them and there were a few people here from OZ liking them i could make a few extra if permitted. You know what they say the first always takes the longest and af...

Re: Fork Spring Preload Adjusters
Does that mean your willing to give me the designs and let me machine my own???
Since i have access to 2 cnc lathes and a cnc mill and everything that goes with them, not to mention being on the other side of the planet.

That is pretty basic machining, the hardest thing on them would be the radial slots in the top which still arnt that hard with the right m/c and of course some1 who knows what there doing.

Re: to everyone with the Ford Escort coil pack mod..
There should be enough room there. If there was such little space there some people would be having problems simply by how tight the do there plugs up. I would be more looking into the actual spark burning/pitting the top of the piston rather than it hitting it. I would turn bike over to top dead ce...

Re: Charging
Should the bike still run after disconecting the battery?? This is why im thinking that it is not charging because my bike stalls. A car will run without the battery connected and i presumed that a bike would be the same, am i wrong?? I went a brought a new digital multi meter and tested everything ...
