just like the title says im wondering what voltage regulators i should be lookin for(what years mainly) i have a couple saved sites on the swap itself,,but i dont believe they list a year i think i can swap over a 1996 FZR 600 and up regulator??? and the R6,,and YZF i just wanted to know what specif...

ok,,ill look at mine,,i already have a 90 and up swing on on my 89,,so maybe i have some diff carbs?

i dont wanna waste money on anything buying the wrong stuff,lol

ok,,i was just wanting to pick up a nice set on ebay,,and go from there,,id still love to keep my bike runnin in case of a good day of weather here and there ill find some pics,,of some auctions im watchin what do the 2 hoses do that go to nothing do,,i guess all the carbs have them? i just wondered...

just like the title says i was thinkin about pickin up a extra set of carbs,,and rebuilding them over the winter, and then swapping them out onto my 1989 FZR i just wanted to double check to see if all the carbs are the same on all years,,or were there any slight changes? my bikes a 1989,,so i know ...

and the mounts looks the same for the chain guard?

i suppose the PO swapped the rear swing arm out for some reason

i found another chain guard that looks like the mounts will line up,but just wanted to know,in case i sell this chain guard,if the seller doesnt take the return

what year swing arm do i have,,just like the title says i have a 1989 just for ref i needed a chain guard on my bike,,so i bought a 1989 guard off ebay,,and got it,,and it doesnt fit,,maybe the seller(a motorcycle salvage seller) sold me the wrong year,,or i have a diff year swing arm would anyone b...

i have a 1989,which we all know has a hand full of different parts compared to the 1991 and up

i just wondered if i could take a rear shock assembly from any other year FZR 600 and swap it out with mine without any problems?

theres a local 1988 fzr600 for cheap,,it doesnt have a title,,so i was wondering what may be able to swap out from mthe 1988 to the 1989-newer style FZR's

i thought about buying it,,and poss using some parts,or just selling pieces

thanks guys i have no idea how big the nut is gonna be to have any room to drill into the shaft,,so once i get it ill get more of an idea on what can be done if anything i figured i could try and find a thinner one at home depot or something,and be able to make a better weld to the shaft itself here...

i bought a new washer from one dealer,,and the nut is at another but i took the sprocket cover off today,,and the threads looks pretty bad so once i get the nut,,im hoping theres enough thread i have searched and see that some people weld the nut on anyone done it? and if you ever need to change spr...

i still have the washer that goes on over the sprocket,its bent up on one side,,i called a local dealer,,and they have the nut,but not the washer isnt the washer suppose to be bent on 2 sides,so make sure the nut doesnt back off? im gonna take it off taday,and hope all the pushing didnt mess anythin...
