relay's do not work worth a crap when under powered. the flickering ballast through your'e "relay" setup is self explanatory. you ever heard a starter solenoid buzz and click repeatably when you trun the key , it's a low battery that causes this. I would say unless you are a hardcore stunter, than the rear fzr factory brake is overkill. I'm pretty sure i could toe-pinch the back rotor with my feet and cause the rear to break loose.

I had this problem a long time ago once. once the "T" mark on the flywheel is centered on the mark , if you line the cam sprocket mark up perfectly on the camshaft cap , then put in the chain tensioner, and then rotate the engine a couple times, it is usually off the timing mark on the cam sprocket....

which tank are you talking about , the coolant tank or the fuel tank? The material is .080 aluminum sheet metal which is typically used for race car fuel cells and oil tanks, coolant tanks, ect, ect.

Can anyone tell me the exact length of a fzr400 front wheel bearing spacer ? It's the one that is about 4 inches long inside the wheel hub.

that particular clamp i built just for fzr forks, i also build clamps for inverted style forks.
