Yup, i understand that. Just showing what it may look like with the full exhaust if the R6 header exits close to the stock header.

I have an R6 can (96? 98?) on my stock fzr 1000. Almost fits perfect. Figured some may like to see what it looks like.

Summitracing sells the wrap. You would be better off having the header ceramic coated though. That won't prevent the header from melting my fairing though... will it? It will help, how much i am not sure. Ceramic is an insulator. It works well on my street/strip car, i can grab the headers 5 minute...

Summitracing sells the wrap. You would be better off having the header ceramic coated though.

I bought a gasket set from my namesake georgefix on ebay seemed a good price to me
Yup, i ordered gaskets and float needles. Dirt cheap, even shipped up here.

I agree with the idea, but i dont see it happening like that in reality. That board is his, this one is ours, big difference in my eyes and you can tell by how things are run. This site is new so it will take time to get alot of info here. I think it is worth the time as the atmosphere is better and...

Ah, IC. One will be taller than the other. This will affect top speed and acceleration to some degree. Not sure how it would effect cornering. I would think the taller tire would flex alittle more but might not be noticable.
