Re: FZR600 Street Fighter Build!

This is an amazing build! This is exactly what fzr's are all about! :headbang: Really nice work! So are you just chopping the sub frame or actually going for an R6 subframe and tail?

Re: The war on sportbike Thieves

My bike was in Philly on a very busy street. It's was parked on the sidewalk next to my sons apartment with a chain that was 3/4 of and inch thick they cut through that with a portable grinder in less than a few minutes I'm assuming they had a dolly to roll the front and rear wheel . When we got the...

Re: Help with not cornering like a pussy

Lots of great advice here.. Some thoughts- fzr being to much bike??? I'm not buying into that.. The FZR is the perfect bike to learn to be a racer. You have the right bike but don't expect it to keep up with an R6 or CBR without some mods. " I can't keep up with my friends". First and foremost, ride...

Re: The war on sportbike Thieves

Hey guys! So let me tell you a sad story with a twist... Last year (may 2012) my son took my 2005 R1 to school with him in Philly. It was the end of the year and he would be coming home in a few weeks.. He had a gaint chain and each link was 1/4 inch thick, he also took front and rear rotor locks. T...

too far for me, but a hell of a deal! Whats your new bike? I can ship! Heh. Hoping I don't have to store it but if I do such is life I guess. As Dillon linked, I picked up a 675 for 2800. Insurance totaled it out and the frame is junked but I just so happen to have a titled 675 frame in the shop wi...

Re: fzr 600 ...air tech r1 conversion tail

Here is a good place to start. I would do a search of digitalrage's posts for airtech. He did a nice write up.. This is the next question you should be asking. How do I mod the airtech? Look at these finished products.. http://fzronline.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=6723&p=82601&hilit=+Airtech#p826...

Re: A Cafe of a different color

Really nice work kid! As you were doing the chain guard holes I wasn't sure I'd like it but I saw a similar look on a nightster on the weekend and I was sold. The bike looks great and looks like a fun project that was different than the norm.
