Its not flooded until after trying over and over but plugs are wet and yes it does have spark...?? Yeah I know, that's why I'm thinking timing jumped or something? Gap is whatever the manual says for the bike.

Yes, the fuel pump works and makes its typical noises while first turning on ignition. It Does throw actual spark its blue and seems to be bright.
